DY-RG heat pipe thermostatic bath is a new product developed and produced by our company. It is made by using the thermostatic principle of heat pipe technology. It adopts circulating liquid to broaden the thermostatic area. The digital temperature controller realizes automatic temperature control according to the PID regulation law. It has a compact structure, convenient operation, improved temperature control accuracy, and intuitive bath temperature reading.

Product Introduction

DY-RG heat pipe thermostatic bath is a new product developed and produced by our company. It is made by the constant temperature principle of heat pipe technology. It adopts circulating liquid to widen the constant temperature area. The digital temperature controller realizes automatic temperature control according to the PID regulation law. It has compact structure, convenient operation, improved temperature control accuracy, and intuitive bath temperature reading. It is very convenient for users. It is suitable for physical parameter detection in metrology departments at all levels in provinces and cities, biochemistry, petroleum, meteorology, energy, environmental protection, medicine and other departments, and can provide them with a constant temperature source of 0℃~550℃. It can be used to verify and calibrate second-class standard mercury thermometers, working platinum and copper thermal resistors, low-temperature thermocouples, bimetallic thermometers, and various thermometers or sensors used in petrochemical and electric power departments.

The water tank needs an agitator to ensure the uniformity of the temperature field; the slot is open, and the working medium will be lost after a period of use. The liquid level of the working medium must be checked during operation to ensure that the liquid level reaches a certain requirement, and the working medium must be replaced with a new working medium after a period of use; water has a large heat capacity ratio, and the temperature rises and falls slowly, resulting in high energy consumption.
150°C~300°CThe oil tank needs a stirrer to ensure the uniformity of the temperature field; the slot is open, and the working medium will be lost after a period of use. The liquid level of the working medium must be checked during operation to ensure that the liquid level reaches a certain requirement, and the working medium must be replaced with a new working medium after a period of use, which has a high cost of use; when the oil is heated to above 200℃, there will be oil smoke, and exhaust facilities are required. When the temperature rises to 300℃, the oil smoke is very large, which is harmful to human health; the temperature rises and drops slowly, and the energy consumption is high.
200°C~400°CWhen the temperature is above 300℃, a salt furnace or salt tank is used. The tank needs a stirrer to ensure the uniformity of the temperature field. The slot is open, and the liquid level of the working medium must be checked during operation to ensure the liquid level. The working medium needs to be replaced after a period of use. When the temperature is increased, there is smoke, which is harmful to human health. Smoke exhaust facilities are required. The tank heats up very slowly, and the salt in the entire tank must be used up before it can work, which consumes a lot of energy. Sometimes when the salt furnace (salt tank) is heated, the working medium explodes, and the safety factor is low.
